There are two villas total for a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms have slider door access to the back patio.

Guest access
You will have full, private access to the entire property and all amenities. A key code will be sent to you on check-in day for easy entry. Our local manager is available for any assistance you may need during your visit.

Maximum number of guests (day or night) is 16.

Pets (dogs) are allowed with a paid $250 pet fee prior to check-in. Please clean up all dog poop and do your best to keep them off the furniture. Any stains or excessive mess will result in additional charges.

Free parking for up to 10 cars in the driveway. Street parking not permitted.

Commercial filming or events require prior consent, local permits, and insurance. Location fee applies- please inquire.

Pool heating available for additional fee of $200/night (all nights of stay required, 24 hour notice prior to check in needed) per pool. Pool heating includes heating to 85 degrees (F) for 8am-5pm. Pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time.

*Pool temps are dependent on ambient conditions, we cannot guarantee the temperature in extreme cold, snow, or rain.

Spa heating is included in your stay. It can be turned on with a button outside the house. The spa can take up to two hours to heat depending on the weather.

No pets allowed in the pool or spa. If pet hair is found in the filter, guest will be charged for cleaning.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
We understand the value of a little extra flexibility when traveling. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to our cleaning schedule and same-day reservations.

When available, the following fees apply:

* $150 for up to 1 hour
* $300 for up to 2 hours

As we’re often fully booked, these accommodations cannot be guaranteed. We kindly ask that you reach out in advance to request availability, and we’ll do our best to accommodate whenever possible.

We manage the property with monthly pest control, but as we are deep in the desert habitat, occasional visits from local wildlife (insects, rodents, or snakes) are a natural occurrence. We kindly ask that you help us keep the interior pest-free by keeping all doors and windows closed securely at all times.

We do not have an outlet suitable for EV charging. We are happy to direct you to a fast charger nearby.

Propane deliveries for the hot tub are made every other week. The deliveries will not disturb guests but the deliveryman may let himself into the backyard briefly to check the tank.

Wood burning fire pit available to guests. We do not provide firewood.

Guests use all amenities at their own risk.
