Our luxury Joshua Tree vacation rentals started with a simple idea: the kind of place you want to bring your friends to should feel new, easy, and entirely yours for the weekend. So we built it that way.
Each home is fresh construction with its own pool and pickleball court, set up in pairs so a small trip and a big celebration both have somewhere to land. Close enough to the city for a Friday escape, far enough to feel like you have actually left.
Yes. Our homes come in matched pairs that sit side by side. Nightfall and Daybreak are next to each other in Twentynine Palms and sleep up to 12 guests combined. High Noon and Midnight Sun are a matched pair in Joshua Tree and sleep up to 16 guests combined. Book both homes in a pair and a retractable fence between the two yards opens so the whole group can move freely between properties.
Nightfall and Daybreak (Twentynine Palms) are about two hours from Los Angeles and around two and a half hours from San Diego. High Noon and Midnight Sun (Joshua Tree) are a similar drive. Both locations are on all paved roads.
Yes — every villa has its own private inground pool and in-ground spa. Pool heating is available at all properties for an additional $200 per night (all nights of your stay, with 24 hours notice before check-in required). The pool is heated to 85°F from 8am–5pm. Pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. Spa heating is included in your stay.
– Daybreak: up to 6 guests, 2 bedrooms
– Nightfall: up to 6 guests, 2 bedrooms
– High Noon: up to 8 guests, 3 bedrooms
– Midnight Sun: up to 8 guests, 3 bedrooms
– High Noon + Midnight Sun together: up to 16 guests, 6 bedrooms
– Daybreak + Nightfall together: up to 12 guests, 4 bedrooms
Dogs are welcome at all properties with a pet fee paid before check-in. Maximum 2 dogs per booking. Pets are not permitted in the pool or spa — if pet hair is found in the filters, an additional cleaning charge applies.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out for a fee may be available depending on our schedule — contact us in advance to request.

Nightfall and Daybreak are on the west side of Twentynine Palms — about 16 minutes from the Joshua Tree National Park North Entrance and 20 minutes from the West Entrance. High Noon and Midnight Sun are in Joshua Tree, also minutes from the park. Both locations are roughly 60 minutes from Palm Springs and 29 minutes from Pioneertown.
Yes — free off-street parking is included. Nightfall and Daybreak each allow up to 4 cars in the driveway (combined 8 cars when both are booked together). High Noon and Midnight Sun together allow up to 10 cars. Street parking is not permitted at any property.
Commercial filming and private events are allowed with prior written consent, local permits, and proof of insurance. A location fee applies. Please contact us before booking to discuss your needs.
